We have an opening for our next Executive Director!

Reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD), the Executive Director (ED) is entrusted with strategic and operational leadership of Ellsworth Community Music Institute (ECMI), overseeing staff, programs, development activities, and the fulfillment of its mission.

This is a year-round position, negotiable at 0.75-1.0 FTE. Earned time off and health insurance stipend available. Hybrid remote/onsite in Ellsworth, Maine. Salary range: $48,000 - $69,000
